Terms and Conditions

Check in time is after 4:00 PM and check out is before 10:00 AM. An early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request for an additional charge. All properties are non-smoking and do not allow pets unless approved by management. By state law, occupancy may not exceed what is posted for each home. Maximum occupancy includes infants and children. Due to security reasons, software and or files may not be downloaded by guests on any in-home computer.

Payment Policy
Payment is necessary to complete your reservation;
a.) Reservations booked 61 or more days from the arrival date; 50% of the total reservation amount will be processed as a deposit at the time of booking for reservations booked 61 days or more from arrival. The remaining 50% of the reservation will be processed 60 days prior to arrival.
b.) Reservations booked within 60 days of arrival; The total reservation amount will be taken at the time of booking. After you accept the terms and conditions, the deposit and or full payment for your reservation will be processed.
c.) The credit charge will appear on your statement from our umbrella company Premier Services LLC. 

Cancelation Policy
a.) All reservations canceled within 60 days of arrival will have full reservation amount retained. Jackson Lodging Co will do our best to re-sale the dates of your reservation. In the event that we are able to resale your dates a refund minus 1 nights lodging will be
refunded.
b.) All reservations canceled within 61 or more days from arrival will have full reservation amount refunded minus one nights lodging.

Please note that you will receive a Check-In Letter via e-mail at least 30 days prior to your arrival. This letter is intended to be printed and brought with you. The Check-In letter outlines lodge specific information, driving directions, and the check in procedures.
